Financial Policy and Disclosure
- If you have insurance we will file it for you for you as a courtesy provided we have correct insurance information. You must realize, however, that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Payment to us is your responsibility.

If at the end of thirty working days, your insurance hasn't remitted payment to us, payment from you will be due in full. Please keep in mind that not all services are covered benefits in all contracts. Some insurance arbitrarily select certain services they will not cover. Screening procedures recommended because of family history of colon or stomach cancer or personal history of polyps may not be covered if you have normal results, and you may be responsible for the entire bill for the services rendered.

Should financial problems affect timely payment of your account, we encourage you to contact us promptly for assistance in the management of your account.

Refunds are automatically issued to patients within 30 days of payment from your insurance company. We do not refund until payment is received from your insurance company and the final settlement is determined.

If you do not have insurance, full payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. To assist you, we accept checks and most credit cards.
